The winner in the 2015 Eagle Nest Holiday Lights contest is the home of James and Jane Thornburg, 7905 Shrike Court.  The Thornburgs received a Target gift card for their efforts.  In second place this year was the home of previous winners, Brian and Brandy Schneider, 8331 Mockingbird Lane.  They continue to add to their fantastic display of lights.  In third place was the home of Wayne and Jennifer Wright at 8001 Tanager Lane.  What a fun display! The ENPOA board thanks everyone in the neighborhood who decorate their homes during the holiday season.  The judges had a hard time deciding on the winner.  If you haven't seen these decorated homes, take a drive to appreciate their efforts.  Congratulations to all the winners!!                                                                                                            submitted by Alice Miley

The annual Eagle Nest Holiday Lights Contest is officially on! Judging for this year will take place early evening on Sunday, Dec. 20, so make sure you have all your outdoor decorations up by then. The winner for best display will receive a gift certificate from Target. All Eagle Nest kids (with their parents) are invited to the neighborhood Cookies with Santa celebration on Sunday, Dec. 13 , from 3-5 p.m . at the Clubhouse . Residents will gather to decorate cookies and color Christmas pictures before Santa makes his live appearance to greet children and take photos. In addition to the cookies, hot chocolate will be available for all. Plan to attend this fun event, and happy holidays! The Eagle Nest Board
