ENPOA Code of By-Laws have been posted; more to come ...

It's a slow process, but your humble blog site editor is working on posting Eagle Nest's Code of By-Laws, Covenants and Restrictions. The first of these important neighborhood governing documents was posted today: Code of By-Laws. To read them, click on the "ENPOA Code of By-Laws" tab on the right.

Sure, your site editor could have started with the Covenants or Restrictions documents, but he decided to work on the By-Laws first because Eagle Nest board elections are this summer. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with duties, responsibilities and protocols of the board, its officers and directors, and then submit their candidacy for office.

Several residents in recent months have requested that our neighborhood's governing rules and practices be made available in electronic form, and your board is working as fast as possible to make that happen. As always, residents who are unable to find their original copies provided when they moved into Eagle Nest can always contact any board member (see the "Key Contacts" tab at right) for electronic copies.

Due to technological limits our of our blog site, however, PDFs of these important documents cannot be posted directly, requiring manual cut-and-paste of text onto the site. It's a time-consuming, laborious process but one that will be worth the wait. Keep an eye on the blog site for additional postings. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Happy reading!
