Do you know the rules for displaying signs in the neighborhood?

With spring rapidly approaching, signs advertising open houses, school events, contractor work, etc., likely will begin sprouting throughout the neighborhood.

But did you know Eagle Nest has a policy about what signs are permitted, where they may be placed and for how long? Our neighborhood has grown a bit lax in recent years in enforcing the policy, so board members wanted to remind all residents about the standards and rules for signs display.

To ensure the continued asthetic appeal of Eagle Nest, please review the "Eagle Nest signs policy" posted within the tab at the right. Questions may be directed to Dave Sagers, chairman of the Restriction and Review Commitee, via email at dsagers01@comcast.net

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
