ENPOA Articles of Incorporation have been posted; read on ...
Ever wonder about the rules governing Eagle Nest's neighborhood association, its board of directors and its members, as established by our visionary founders 33 years ago? Well, Eagle Nest's Articles of Incorporation are posted. To read them, click on the "ENPOA Articles of Incorporation" tab on the right.
As previously mentioned on this site, your humble blog editor started with the the By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation because Eagle Nest board elections are this summer. Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the duties, responsibilities and protocols of the board, its officers and directors, then submit their candidacy for office.
Your blog editor is working as quickly as possible to make the last of this important information available in electronic form. Due to technological limits our of our blog site, however, PDFs of these important documents cannot be posted directly, requiring manual cut-and-paste of text onto the site. It's a time-consuming, laborious process but one that will be worth the wait.
As always, residents unable to find their original copies provided when they moved into Eagle Nest can always contact any board member (see the "Key Contacts" tab at right) for electronic copies.
Thanks for your patience and understanding. Happy reading!
