Neighborhood dues: Delinquent accounts turned over to attorney for collection

Thanks to all the homeowners who paid their neighborhood dues by the deadline of March 1. As you know, these funds help keep Eagle Nest one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Indianapolis by providing necessary capital to maintain our clubhouse, pool, snow plowing contract, maintenance of common grounds, etc.

For the second year in a row, ENPOA board members have successfully contained neighborhood expenses and avoided a dues increase. As a result, the board granted every resident a one-time credit of $20 this year, a reduction applied to what had been dues bills of $390 in recent years.

Unfortunately, about two dozen of our 419 property owners failed to pay their dues on time, resulting in additional late fees and transfer to our attorney for collection. These residents also face additional legal fees incurred in the collection process.

If you are among those who haven’t paid yet -- and you didn't make previous payment arrangements -- please do not call Eagle Nest board members to discuss your account. At this point, all delinquencies are being handled by Tanner Law Group, 6745 Gray Road, Suite H, Indianapolis, IN  46237. Call (317) 536-7435 and follow the prompts to reach the appropriate collections representative.

Please contact Tanner Law Group as soon as possible to clear your account. Thank you for your cooperation.
