Pool closed for algae, storm debris

Fellow Eagle Nest residents,

Unfortunately, the Pool is closed until further notice because of an algae problem. The recent heavy rains and storms dumped a lot of outdoor debris into the pool, creating green water too dark to safely swim in.

Our pool staff has been working feverishly to vacuum and chemically shock the pool water back to safe limits but unfortunately the outside elements have won this round.

Pool Manager Susan Anderson is contacting our pool vendor today to determine next steps. We do not have an ETA on reopening, but we hope to resume normal operations within a few days.

The Board understands this is an inconvenience, and we apologize for the temporary closure. We will send out followup communications as more  information becomes available.

Feel free to contact me directly if you have questions or concerns. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

ENPOA President
