Coming soon: Your 2017 Eagle Nest dues
Belated Happy New Year from the Board of Directors! We're starting 2017
with some great news: For the sixth consecutive year, all residents in good
standing will receive a one-time credit toward this year's dues, reducing
the total amount due to $350.
Invoices will be mailed on or about February 1, but the Board wanted to send this advance notice so residents could plan ahead accordingly. Dues are payable by May 1, 2017. Your timely payment will ensure the Board can continue providing fun family-oriented social events and neighborhood services and amenities unmatched anywhere in the area.
If you don't receive a dues letter during the first week of February, please contact Secretary/Bookkeeper Chris'e Van Meter at enpoa_sec@att.net.
The Board of Directors thanks all residents for their efforts to make our neighborhood a residential destination of choice. Wishing you all the best in 2017!
