Board election ballots in the mail; Annual Meeting set for June 27
Fellow residents,
A reminder that the Annual Meeting and Board Election is 6:30 p.m. June 27 at the Clubhouse. All residents in good standing are welcome to attend and cast ballots.
Please watch the mail for your official ballot to vote for four Directors. Write-in candidates are welcome, but all nominees must be residents in good standing and present at the meeting to accept their nomination.
In addition to the four current Board members seeking re-election, resident Brian Schneider has declared his candidacy, too. Following is his bio for consideration:
“My name is Brian Schneider and my wife, Brandy, and I have lived in Eagle Nest for 17 years with our two children, Mark and Sarah, ages 18 and 16. We have enjoyed participating in the many activities through the years and being able to meet other neighbors that we might not otherwise see. I also enjoy walking the neighborhood most evenings during warm months. I have worked for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County for the past 20 years maintaining the parcel maps. During that time, I have heard many horror stories of other HOA organizations. I believe that our board has done a great job in the past several years of keeping our annual dues low and maintaining a desirable neighborhood to live in. I would like to join the board to ensure that there remains a voice of reason and balance between the residents and the board.”
Please fill out your ballot and return it to the secure Clubhouse mailbox at 8075 Teel Way by 6:30 p.m. June 27. If you do not receive a ballot before the meeting, please email enpoa_sec@att.net to request one.
Thank you!
