Annual dues invoices in the mail; new electronic payment available this year!
Eagle Nest residents,
Coming in the mail this week (email and regular U.S. Postal
Service): your annual neighborhood association dues invoice for 2019. Payments
are due by 6 p.m. May 1. Be on the lookout for:
In U.S. mail: All residents will receive a paper invoice showing balance due and a Board letter via regular U.S. mail in an envelope marked ENPOA. Please mail your dues (check or money order only -- no cash, please) and your invoice postmarked by May 1 to ENPOA, 8075 Teel Way, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
In email: Invoices also will be sent electronically to all residents with valid email addresses on file with Secretary/
Bookkeeper Chris’e Van Meter. If we don’t have your email address, you won’t receive an electronic copy; watch the regular U.S. mail for your invoice (and letter).
The email will contain an electronic payment link. Simply open the ENPOA email and click the payment link (shown above). Plug in the required ACH/bank transfer information and submit. Simple, easy and secure. The online payment option is in response to recent resident requests for a convenient alternative to U.S. mail. You spoke, and we listened. Better yet, it's free!
If you don't want to use the electronic payment option, simply print out the invoice attachment and mail it with your check to ENPOA, 8075 Teel Way, Indianapolis, IN 46256. You also can drop your payment in the secure Eagle Nest Clubhouse mailbox, 8075 Teel Way.
Regardless of whether you pay by U.S. mail, electronically, or using the Clubhouse mailbox, please submit your payment by 6 p.m. May 1. (Payments received after that are subject to late fees. See the statement for payment structure).
If you don’t receive an invoice via email or regular mail by the end of the month, please email Secretary/Bookkeeper Chris’e Van Meter at enpoa_sec@att.net. Thank you for your prompt payment!
