Important notice: Pool closed until further notice to correct chemical levels

Eagle Nest residents,

Due to unsatisfactory chemical levels, our pool is closed until further notice. The imbalance was caused by a combination of factors, including natural chemical degradation and organic debris from recent storms and visiting wildlife. The County Health Department has instructed us to partially drain the main facility, refill it with fresh water and rebalance the chemicals. We hope the process will be completed by the end of the week, possibly sooner.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but given the size of the facility a quick fix just isn’t possible. It takes time to properly remediate the problem. We appreciate resident understanding and patience as we work through this temporary repair. Our pool staff has done a wonderful job managing the facility in the ongoing COVID-19 climate, and they will work closely with our pool servicing vendor ensure we maintain the highest water quality moving forward. Nothing is more important than residents’ safety.
