Residents take top prizes in Chili Cook-off and Beerfest

Congrats to our Chili Cook-off winners (from left) Helen Galvin (1st), David Reed (2nd) and Brandy Schneider (3rd) for their winning recipes at last weekend’s Beerfest and Chili Cookoff.

A spirited group of nearly two dozen residents from all corners of the neighborhood turned out, including new and longtime residents and current and former Board members. There were plenty of hors d’oeuvres, leaded and unleaded drinks and plenty of laughs. Best part is: Attendees didn’t have far to go to get home!

Up next, a longtime family favorite: our annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Clubhouse. Also, the Pool opening — a Race Day themed neighborhood party with food and drinks — is about two months away!

Watch the blog for details on these events and more!

On behalf of the Board,
Scott Thien, President
