The Board hopes everyone’s fall season is off to a great start. October is shaping up to be a busy month in Eagle Nest – read on! 2023 Curb Appeal Awards winners announced! The Board is proud to recognize the following lots as winners of our 2023 Curb Appeal Awards, presented to Eagle Nest owners for their outstanding lot and house maintenance. First place (tied): 8031 Teel Way , above left, (Lot 52, Clayton Napier) and 8111 Warbler Way , above right (Lot 229, Todd and Rokeena Williams). Pool closes Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 4 All good things come to and end, as the saying goes, and that includes our 2023 Pool season. This is the property to beat every year.” 2ND PLACE: 8133 Bittern Lane (Kevin and Bronwyn Caddell) Judge's comment: "This display was simply a gem with an eye-popping mix of yard and landscape lighting.
