Come join our annual Fourth of July Parade (on July 2!) at the Clubhouse
On Thursday, July 2, roll down to the Clubhouse and join our second Annual July 4 Parade and Hot Dog Supper! This fun event features a
parade of children's bicycles, wagons, skateboards and non-motorized
scooters through the neighborhood.
In keeping with the Family Fun Nights schedule, the event is being held July 2 so residents can maintain the habit of weekly Clubhouse camaraderie,
The event will start at 6 p.m. at the Clubhouse and proceed down Teel Way before doubling back to the Clubhouse. Flags and streamers will be provided to all participants to decorate their rides.
After the parade, the Eagle Nest Social Committee will provide hot dogs with buns, chips and lemonade at the Clubhouse. We ask families to bring a side dish or a dessert to share. After the hot dog supper, families can enjoy the pool and the fellowship with other participants.
Other neighborhoods have done parades like this, but we're sure Eagle Nest's effort will be one to remember. Put this fun event on your calendar! (Click here and bookmark our blog list of upcoming neighborhood events.)
See you Thursday!
