About our new trash roll carts ...
By now, all Eagle Nest residents should have received their 96-gallon waste cart from Republic Services for use as your primary trash container.
The Board kindly asks that residents place their carts out of sight from the front of your house. While the carts are convenient and efficient for trash collection, they are unsightly and should be properly stored in your garage or behind your home to remain compliance with our neighborhood controlling documents. The Board thanks you for your cooperation.
Some fast facts about the carts from Republic:
> Cart use should begin immediately.
> One cart is assigned to each home and should remain on the property if you move.
> If your cart is stolen, call the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department's non-emergency line at (317) 327-3811 and file a report. Then contact Republic at (317) 917-9300 or www.indywaste.com and provide the police report number. Republic will deliver a new cart.
> Carts should be curbside by 7 a.m. Mondays facing the street, handles facing your home.
> Heavy trash items (maximum of two) too big to fit in the roll carts should be left curbside on Monday of the the third full week of the month.
If you didn't receive your cart, call Republic Services at (317) 917-7300. Extra carts are available for purchase for $65.
