Pool operating hours for rest of season
It's hard to believe that Labor Day is just a month away, and that means the Pool season will end shortly thereafter. Following is the remaining operating schedule for 2015:
> Regular hours and days of operation through Sunday, August 16.
> On Tuesday, August 11, the Pool will open at 4 p.m. The facility will not be open before that time of day because of staffing issues.
> Beginning Monday, August 17, weekday operating hours will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and regular operating hours on the weekend.
> The Pool will close for the season after regular operating hours on Sunday, September 13.
As many know, Labor Day weekend is typically when most area pools close for the year. However, given the unexpected storm damage and resulting algae bloom and closure our facility endured, Pool Manager Susan Anderson and her staff will maintain the aforementioned modified schedule to make up for the lost days of usage.
As always, the Board encourages and welcomes feedback and suggestions to ensure our Pool and Clubhouse facilities remain attractive resources.
