ENPOA Annual Meeting and Board elections set for June 25, 2017

Dear Eagle Nest residents,

The Eagle Nest Property Owners Association’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2017, at the Clubhouse. The meeting will conclude with the Board of Directors election. All residents in good standing are welcome to attend.

Three seats held by Treasurer/Director Kim Isaak, Director Judith Buddenbaum and Director Carolyn Goldenetz are opening due to expiring terms. All three directors are seeking re-election.

If you would like to run for the Board and are a resident in good standing, please email your name, lot number and a short bio and "platform" to Board President Scott Thien at scottthien@comcast.net by noon June 11 and you will be featured on our blog for residents to consider.

Director responsibilities include attending monthly Board meetings, voting on key neighborhood business and coordinating various assigned projects. Each new or re-elected director will serve a two-year term, an unpaid volunteer post lasting until June 2019.

An official ballot will be mailed to residents early next month. Thank you in advance for your participation and for your part in making Eagle Nest the most desirable neighborhood on the Northeastside!
