Pool season is almost here -- updates on tags, rules, swim lessons, key contacts
Fellow Eagle Nest residents,
Memorial Day is quickly approaching, and that means the start of our swimming season at the neighborhood Pool soon will be upon us. In preparation, following are a few related updates:
Pool tags: Pool tags will be mailed the week of May 22 to all residents in good standing at that point. That means, if you've paid your dues and don't have any property violations, you are welcome to use the Pool. But you have to have a tag. (Every household will receive their requested number of tags as indicated on the dues invoices mailed earlier this year.) No entry will be permitted without a tag, so please be sure all family members have one (or guests have a guest pass). Our lifeguards will be checking all patrons and will deny access to anyone who does not produce a tag. This is Board policy.
Pool rules: Please read them. They exist for everyone's safety, and like pool tags they are not optional. Remember, this is a family facility, so no alcohol, no smoking, no rough-housing and no foul language in the pool deck area. Violators will be asked to leave and could lose their access privileges. We trust if won't come to that, of course.
Swim lessons: Back by popular demand, our talented Pool staff is pleased to offer FREE swim lessons to all residents (in good standing) June 9-13 and June 16-20. Children must at least three years old to participate, but classes are based on ability not age. Four half-hour classes are scheduled for both sessions: 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Signups begin opening weekend, so don't delay. All lessons are first-come, first-served for limited class sizes.
Key contacts: If you have questions/complaints/suggestions about the Pool operation or its staff this season, please contact Pool Manager Susan Anderson at aanderson16@yahoo.com. You also can reach out to any ENPOA Board member (Click here for a contact list.) if you have questions/complaints/suggestions about the facility itself.
We look forward to seeing you this summer at the Pool!
