Crime Watch meeting 7 p.m. October 2
Fellow residents,
Do you know how to prevent yourself from getting caught in a harmful situation? When it comes to your personal safety, do you have a plan? We can help you find those answers at Eagle Nest’s final Crime Watch meeting of 2018 -- 7 p.m. October 2 at the Clubhouse. The featured speaker of Carolyn Goldenetz, our neighborhood’s Crime Watch coordinator.
The evening will cover situational awareness, risk reduction and self-protection layering. The meeting also will focus on OODA Loop training -- the decision cycle of observe, orient, decide and act, developed by a military strategist.
“Empowering our Eagle Nest families with education on equipping and forming a plan of safety is the goal,” Carolyn said. “Come and learn how easy it is to take home a skill that just might save your life or that of someone you love.”
The meeting is free and open to all residents.
