Dozens fill Clubhouse for first free weekly yoga class!

Fantastic turnout for our first weekly yoga class on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Clubhouse! About 40 residents filled the main floor for a relaxing session of stretches and stances, led by certified instructor Deby Wilson. A random drawing for yoga mats and water bottles added to the fun.

Great to see so many new and longtime residents come together as a healthy community! Missed out? Classes are free, 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. every Wednesday.

Never tried yoga? No matter. Deby’s curriculum and structure is applicable to all ages and skill levels. Participants can engage at their own pace, no pressure, no judgment. Just community!

Watch for a new signup link soon on Facebook and our blog site for the March 4 class. Don’t wait to sign up — classes are capped at 45 people (adults only) due to limited space and start on time.
