911 use topic of crime watch meeting

If you are interested in learning about the 911 emergency line and how it can help deter crime in Eagle Nest, please plan to attend a free meeting at 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12, at Castleton United Methodist Church, 7101 N. Home invasion reported on Tanager Court

About midnight on Nov. 6, a home invasion was reported in the 8100 block of Tanager Court, just off 75th Street and Hague Road. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. Click here to see a report from WTHR (Channel 13) . (Sadly, the report did not include suspect descriptions or any statements from police.) Suffice to say, if you see something suspicious in our neighborhood, say something! Call 911 to report any unusual vehicles or suspicious activity. 911 is not just for fires, medical emergencies or car accidents -- it's for safety, too. Other key police numbers to keep handy: > IMPD robbery division: (317) 327-3733 > IMPD homicide division: (317) 327-3475
