> Amenities: Four-lane swimming pool, multiple lifeguards on duty at all times, men's and women's bathrooms with showers, separate patio with tables and chairs, sloping depth ranges from 4 feet to 12 feet, separate fenced kiddie wading pool area. Separate playground in clear view of main pool patio area.

> Opening date: Monday, May 25, 2026

> Hours: Noon to 8 p.m. daily, Monday to Sunday. In mid-August, hours will modify to 4 to 8 p.m. to accommodate guard staff returning to school. 
> Closing date: Labor Day, 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, 2026.

> Adult lap swim: Protocols for adult/lap swim will be announced when staffing and equipment needs are finalized. Adult/lap swim will depend on pool capacity and guard approval.

> Pool fobs: An active security system fob is required to open the front gate. To obtain your fob (one per lot) or purchase a replacement for loss or damage, contact Bookkeeper Chris'e Van Meter at enpoa_sec@att.net to verify account status and Co-Pool Manager Andrew Taylor at andrewtaylor574@gmail.com to activate and distribute your fob.

> Pool license:
A copy is posted in the glass case near the Pool bathrooms.

> Weekly water quality report: Reports compiled by our third-party provider are posted weekly in the glass case near the Pool bathrooms.

General Pool Rules (Failure to abide by the following shall be cause for ejection): 

1) Pool use is intended only for ENPOA members in good standing and their guests.

2) All patrons must abide by the lifeguards' instructions.

3) All lot owners must have an active pool fob to enter. Any patron unable to present a pool fob can be asked to leave.

4) No running or glass containers in or around pool area.

5) Food and drinks are allowed only in the enclosed patio area, per the State Board of Health.

6) All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear. Wet swimwear is not permitted in the Clubhouse, except in the restrooms.

7) All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. Activities that are considered dangerous by the lifeguard(s) will be prohibited.

8) The Eagle Nest Property Owners Association is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.

9) Because this is a family facility, disrespectful, unruly behavior or obscene language is prohibited.

10) No smoking or alcoholic beverages in the pool area.

11) No open-air radios or boom boxes are permitted, except for that used by the Pool Manager and the Pool lifeguard staff.

12) Fire extinguishers are placed in strategic locations in the Clubhouse for emergency use. Please use caution and common sense when operating.

13) In the event of inclement bad weather and the interest of safety, the Pool Managers in collaboration with the on-duty lifeguards shall determine operation hours and have the right to close the facility at any time.

14) The Pool is available for rent during the following days and times (staff permitting):
-- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
-- 8 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
-- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday.

An Eagle Nest lifeguard must be hired by the homeowner for any Pool party. The lifeguard fee of $12 per hour is the responsibility of the homeowner.
