Tennis court rules

Failure to abide by the following rules will result in ejection and loss of court privileges:
1. The courts are for the exclusive use of Eagle Nest residents and their
guests. A resident must accompany guests.
2. The courts are for racket play only (tennis or pickleball).
3. Only shoes designed specifically for racket sports are allowed on the courts.
4. Court use shall be limited to two hours on the hour and can be extended an
hour at a time if no residents are waiting to play.
5. Court users must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful and courteous manner.
6. Swearing is not allowed on the courts. Persons throwing their racquets or other objects will be asked to leave the courts.
7. No dangerous or overly aggressive play.
8. Users are responsible for keeping the courts clean and orderly, including retrieving balls hit outside the courts. All trash should be disposed of properly.
9. Courts close nightly at the discretion of Pool staff. The Clubhouse Manager or any Eagle Nest Board member may close the courts at any time.
10. No pets are allowed on the courts under any circumstances. No exceptions.
