On July 3, join our first Annual July 4th Parade, hot dog supper at Clubhouse

On Thursday, July 3, Eagle Nest will begin a new annual event with a 4th of July parade of children's bicycles, wagons, skateboards and non-motorized scooters through the neighborhood.

(In keeping with the Family Fun Nights schedule, the event is being held on Thursday, July 3, so residents can maintain the habit of weekly Clubhouse camaraderie)

The event will start at 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse and will proceed down Teel Way before doubling back to the Clubhouse. Flags and streamers will be provided to all participants to decorate their rides.

After the parade, the Eagle Nest Social Committee will provide hot dogs with buns, chips and lemonade at the Clubhouse. We ask families to bring a side dish or a dessert to share. After the hot dog supper, families can enjoy the pool and the fellowship with other participants.

Other neighborhoods have done parades like this, but we're such Eagle Nest's effort will be one to remember. Put this fun event on your calendar!
