2015 Eagle Nest dues letters coming

Coming to your mailbox the first week of January: 2015: neighborhood association dues letters. For the fourth consecutive year, the Board is happy to announce that all residents in good standing will receive $40 credit, making the total $350 due by May 1 (late fees apply after June 1).
