Eagle Nest hires new Clubhouse Manager

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the hiring of Social Committee member Kelly Dentler (right) as the Association’s new Clubhouse Manager. As previously posted on the blog, current Manager Kelly Wright is moving to Florida to embark on new adventures in her family's professional and personal lives. Kelly has done an outstanding job during her two years on the job, helping to oversee and coordinate a major renovation of the Clubhouse Pool bathrooms, updating the Clubhouse interior, replacing the Clubhouse roof and securing a new groundskeeper, among other things. Thank you for everything, Kelly, and best of luck! That said, incoming Clubhouse Manager. Reminder: Annual dues are due May 1

Just a quick reminder for residents who may have forgotten: Eagle Nest annual dues are due by May 1, 2015. Most residents have paid, and for that the Board thanks you. For those who haven't: If payment is not received by June 1, the Board turns unpaid accounts over to the association's lawyer for collection. A late fee and interest will be charged. Your Board members have plans to continue to improve our Clubhouse, Pool and Playground, but we can't do it without the resources. We budget our projects based on everyone paying their dues. Also worth noting: The better shapes our finances are in, the better chance the Board can offer residents lower dues through credits (as has been done the past three years!).  Anyone who still needs to pay can drop their check and dues form in the ENPOA mailbox at the Clubhouse. THANKS! -- Submitted by Alice Miley, ENPOA Director

Successful Egg Hunt - new activities committee members needed

On March 29, about 15 Eagle Nest kids gathered to find eggs during a windy, rainy afternoon.  A good time was had by all.  Thanks to Kathy Cruz and her family who stuffed the 400 plus eggs with candy!    We need some new members on the ENPOA Activities committee.  Active members Kelly Wright (also the clubhouse manager, is moving to Florida, and Angi Corkwell, who has been on the committee the longest, is taking a year leave of absence because of her busy family and work life.  Newer members Kathy Cruz and Renee Schwegman also have more family commitments that require their time right now.  Eagle Nest thanks these wonderful neighbors who helped organize and carry out events. These fun people did much to create a neighborly feel among residents.    The summer family fun evenings need to be planned so anyone who has some ideas and can help with some of the organization needs to contact Alice Miley at 842-7901 ASAP.   We plan to me...
