2026 Covenant Amendment Proposals

Fellow residents,

During the Annual Meeting on June 25, 2026, the Board proposed amendments to our 50-year-old controlling documents requiring owner-occupied lots (aka short-term rental ban), as well as address parking and garbage.

Increasingly, these issues have been the top resident complaints -- and the proposals are a response to that. The goal of our amendment campaign: protect lot owners' property values and maintain the quality of life that makes Eagle Nest the envy of surrounding neighborhoods.

The Board recommends passage of all four measures and has 180 days from the Annual Meeting (Dec. 22, 2026) to collect a majority of votes to approve or reject the proposals.

All lot owners are encouraged to complete a proxy vote form and submit it via email to MyEagleNestHOA@gmail.com or drop it in the Clubhouse's secure mailbox at 8075 Teel Way.
