Indianapolis, Lawrence announce same trick-or-treats hours but different days
Eagle Nest residents could see trick-or-treaters two nights in a row, depending on which city announcement they observe. On Monday, Lawrence Mayor Steve Collier announced the city will shift trick-or-treat hours a day earlier, to 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, to avoid a wet Wednesday forecast. However, as of late Monday, the City of Indianapolis still planned to observe trick-or-treat hours of 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. Eagle Nest residents are advised to leave their porch lights on if they want visitors, or turn them off if they don't want to be visited.
