2018 Holiday Lights Contest winners!

Image
Thanks to all our Eagle Nest residents who put up Christmas lights for the holiday season! It certainly helps brighten up our neighborhood during the dark, gray days of December. The 2018 winner of our annual Holiday Lights Contest is the home of Michael and Elizabeth Jones, 7901 Tanager (right). Their variety of decorations along with much effort really brought the holiday spirit to the street. They won second place in 2017. Our second place winner is the home of Norma Levering, 8232 Osprey Circle. Norma was our third place winner last year. Our third place winner was the home of Stuart and Amy Savka, 7832 Mallard Way.  The Savkas are relatively new to the neighborhood and have decorated their home for the seasons. All three winners will receive a gift card this year. A special shout-out goes to Hummingbird Court who had all 6 houses in the court decorated. Thanks to all residents who continue to dedicate time and effort to lighting up our neighborhood during the holiday s

Santa is looking forward to seeing lots of good little boys and girls (OK, and a few adults, too!) Volunteers are welcome, so if you want to help please contact Board member Alice Miley. Also, judging for our annual neighborhood Holiday Lights contest will take place on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m., so please make sure your lights are on. First, second an
