Board Update: Annual dues reminder, 2022 social events, fixing those dangerous potholes, trash carts and more
REMINDER: PAY YOUR ANNUAL DUES BY MAY 1 A quick thank you to the nearly 150 residents – about one-third of the neighborhood -- who have paid annual dues so far. As a reminder, invoices were mailed in mid-February to all lot owners and are payable by May 1. Your prompt payments help keep the streetlights on, grounds maintained and our Clubhouse and other community assets in top shape. If you didn’t receive your dues invoice in the U.S. mail or via email, please contact Secretary/Admin Lead Chris’e Van Meter at enpoa_sec@att.net .
