Report our Hague Road entrance potholes, and you could win a gift card!

Do you want to win a $25 gift card? Would you like the dangerous potholes at our Hague Road entrance to be filled? The Eagle Nest Board has a deal for you:

Simply report the potholes at 7701 Tanager Lane to the Mayor’s Action Center website and we’ll enter you into a gift card drawing at the end of May. It literally only takes 2-3 minutes to do and is super simple by clicking through a series of radio buttons.

According to our City Councilor Nick Roberts (District 4), the more reports the city receives about a specific pothole location, the higher the priority to get fixed. At present, our high-traffic Hague entrance is at risk of becoming impassable, so we need your help to get our underfunded, overwhelmed Department of Public Works to pay attention to us.

What you need to do:
1. Copy and paste this direct link into a browser:
https://imc-gov.my.site.com/citizen/request/STRTREPR/location

2. Fill out the online repair form, starting with the address 7701 Tanager Lane.
3. Select these dropdown/radio buttons: chuckholes, unknown property damage, 3 or more holes, larger than a basketball, street, any date in February.
4. Add the following comment: “I’m concerned for my safety as a motorist and pedestrian and that the growing potholes will make the roadway impassable. Please repair asap!”
5. Once submitted, you will get a confirmation email with a case number. Forward that email to Board President scottthien@comcast.net. We also ask you email a copy to Nick Roberts at nicholas.roberts@indy.gov so he can track our request status.
6. Watch the blog and Facebook to see if you win! The drawing will be May 31. (Offer only to Eagle Nest residents).

It's unfortunate we have to resort to such tactics, but safety is a top priority for the Eagle Nest Board. Thank you in advance for your help!
