New in the Nest: FREE weekly yoga classes at the Clubhouse! (with prize drawings!)
Looking to beat the winter blahs? Want to join an exercise group without leaving the neighborhood? Interested in meeting fitness-minded folks in an all-ages, all-skill levels environment?
The Board has the answer: FREE weekly yoga classes at the
Clubhouse! That’s right, FREE!
We’ve invited longtime local instructor Deby Wilson (right),
head instructor for Indy Yoga Movement, to lead classes. Deby is a Yoga
Alliance-certified trainer experienced in multiple styles, including chair
yoga, restorative yoga and Ayurveda yoga. Deby and her colleagues are renowned for
the annual Monumental Yoga event that draws thousands to downtown’s Monument
Circle, as well as introducing yoga to metro-area middle and high school students.
For our classes, no experience is required, no fees, no
judgment – just an opportunity to clear your mind, stretch your body and meet
other residents looking to do the same. Fast facts:
- Who: Any adult Eagle Nest resident, any age and skill level. Guests welcome.
- When: 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. every Wednesday. (Doors open at 6:15 p.m.)
- First class: Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026.
- Where: Our Clubhouse, 8075 Teel Way.
- What to bring: a yoga mat. Water bottle and towel optional.

- Click here to reserve your spot! Registration is required. Also, all participants will need to sign a waiver form upon entry.
Bonus: Everyone who attends the first class will be entered into a
drawing for one of three yoga mats and insulated water bottles, compliments of the
Board and our Social Committee.
Never tried yoga? No matter. Deby’s curriculum and structure is applicable to all ages and skill levels. Participants can engage at their own pace, no pressure, no guilt. Just community!
