Random drawing for $25 gift card delayed to give residents more time!

We know life is busy, so we're delaying our random drawing for a $25 gift car by a week to give residents more time to submit their proxy forms.

Some residents have said they can't find their voting form or the related documentation we distributed in July. No worries -- we have you covered!

Click this blog link for a printable form and all the supporting documentation. Drop your completed proxy in our secure mailbox at 8075 Teel Way or email it to MyEagleNestHOA@gmail.com. The drawing deadline is Wednesday, Oct. 7.

Vote today and help us protect our property values and the way of life that makes Eagle Nest such a great place to live!

All residents in good standing (whose annual dues are paid) are welcome to attend. The meeting will begin with regular business, officer and committee reports, then close with new business and a tally of election ballots. Ballots (including write-in candidates) will be accepted until 6:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse mailbox (8075 Teel Way), or residents can deliver them in-person while attending the meeting. Questions? Memorial Day is the traditional unofficial start of summer — and that means a lot of upcoming activities in Eagle Nest! A quick rundown of what to expect: Pool opening: The good news? The Pool will be open daily noon to 8 p.m., starting Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. Popsicles and adult beverages will be available for kids and adults, respectively, that first day. P lease familiarize yourself with our  Pool rules here . Questions? Contact new Co-Pool Managers Ken Burns (daily operations and facility maintenance) or Andrew Taylor (administration and Pool fobs).  The bad news? Our heater is on the fritz, so the water will be chilly. Our team is seeking bids for a replacement unit, but it may take several weeks before we figure out next steps. Pray for warmer weather soon! Pool fobs: All residents must have an active pool fob to access the Pool. If you still have your fob from last year and your dues are paid (and cleared our bank), your fob should work on Monday. After that, ...

Eagle Nest Board update for April 2026: dues, streetlights, potholes, suspicious vehicles, upcoming events and more

Image
Now that spring has sprung in Eagle Nest, summer isn’t far behind – barely two months away! With that, the Board has a few updates and event announcements to pass along: Package delivery alert: Suspicious vehicles trolling streets If you order from Amazon or other delivery sites, take note: Residents along Warbler Way recently reported suspicious vehicles (shown) driving slowly along the street, possibly looking for packages. One vehicle even tailed a U.S. Postal Service truck for blocks as it made its deliveries one day. If you expect a package to be delivered while you are away or at work, the Board suggests you ask a neighbor to grab the package for you or time your deliveries for when you are home. As always, if you see something suspicious, call 911. 200 books dumped at Clubhouse The Board appreciates donations to our Free Little Library, but at the risk of sounding ungrateful we don’t need 200 books (shown at right). On April 6, that’s what an anonymous donor dumped on our Clubho...
