LAST CALL FOR LAST SWIM: POOL SEASON ENDS LABOR DAY Sadly, all good things come to an end, including our 2022 Pool season. It’s been a great – and safe – run, thanks to our friendly and dedicated lifeguard staff and Pool Manager Samantha Burns. Except for two days, we have been open daily the entire season, a claim not all area pools can make because of staffing shortages (including the nearby city-operated Sahm Park Aquatics Center). But not Eagle Nest! So, as you take that last dip in the pool the Labor Day holiday weekend, please be sure to thank our pool staff for their hard work this year. Our remaining hours of operation for 2022: Monday-Friday, Aug. 29 to Sept. 2, 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 5 (Labor Day), 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. LABOR DAY DOG SWIM: CALLING ALL PUPPIES TO THE POOL Our 2nd  annual Eagle Nest Dog Swim is set for 8-9 p.m. Sept. 5, immediately after the Pool closes to residents for the season. Effective Aug. 8: Weekday pool hours change to 4-8 p.m.

Now that school has resumed, many of our lifeguards have returned to classes and are unavailable during the day, so hours of operation will be adjusted. Effective Monday, Aug. 8, through Labor Day, our weekday hours are 4 to 8 p.m. We know this may be an inconvenience for some, but the later hours actually benefit the wider community because residents have more time to swim after work. Extended weekend hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday remain the same. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The Board

Board update week of July 11, 2022: Election results, pool updates, new streetlight installed

Board welcomes 2 new members after election The Board congratulates and welcomes new Directors Brigette Stephens and Susan Millander to the team, both elected during the June Annual Meeting at the Clubhouse. About Brigette: Brigette, her husband and their two kids moved to 8238 Warbler Way from Fishers in 2019 because of the homey feel of our development. “There is so much that we love about the neighborhood: our house, the mature trees, the amenities, and also how much neighbors care about neighbors. We lived in our last house for about three years and only knew the name of one neighbor - the Eagle Nest neighbors that we have met are how neighbors should be. Heck, I love it so much that I convinced my parents to move into the neighborhood.” About Susan: Susan moved to 8104 Teel Way in November 2021 from the Seattle area after more than four decades in the Northwest. Susan grew up in Northwest Indiana, and she relocated to Indianapolis to be closer to relatives around t...

Pool update, July 7: We’re open until 9 p.m. tonight!

Yep, you read that right, we’re open until 9 p.m. tonight! Our water-quality issues have been resolved, and we have the all-clear from the Marion County Health Department to resume use of the facility. Guards are on duty now, so come on down and beat the heat with our special extended hours. We know it was an inconvenience to have the pool out of commission for a couple of days this week, so our Pool staff rearranged their schedules so resident could enjoy our great facility a little longer. There’s a 90% chance of rain on Friday, so take advantage of this rare opportunity. (Reminder: Our weekend hours are 10-7 Saturday and 11-7 on Sunday.) We thank everyone for their patience! The Eagle Nest Board
