Eagle Nest directories are here!

All residents are welcome to a free directory.
That's right -- new and improved Eagle Nest resident directories are ready for pickup. They are free, too!

In order to contain costs and save postage (and thereby avoid raising neighborhood dues!), directories will be distributed at the Eagle Nest clubhouse from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. this weekend (Saturday, June 2, and Sunday, June 3). Simply look for Secretary/Bookkeeper Chris'e Van Meter, who will be on hand to pass them out. After that, we'll be using block captains and volunteers to pass out the remaining directories (about one-third have been distributed so far). Every Eagle Nest property owner is eligible to receive one (one per household, please).

Your board is proud of this year's end result, too: about 60 pages of info, organized by lot number and alphabetically, with detailed maps of each block and even thumbnail images of the birds used to name our streets.

We've noted a few minor corrections for next year, due in part to old neighborhood records the board has been working to update as well as recent property ownership changes since the directory went to press. Thanks for your patience and understanding on those fronts.

Nonetheless, special thanks go to board member and directory project leader Jason Herch, who coordinated the content and updated the listings along with the help of board colleagues Chris'e Van Meter, Billie Sagers and Mike Lathrop.
