Theft alert: UPS packages stolen on Hummingbird Court

Image
Theft alert! On Thursday, Jan. 4, two packages delivered by UPS were stolen from a resident’s front porch about 10 minutes after delivery on Hummingbird Court. The homeowner who reported the incident stated, “The individual was very bold in the theft today and did not act alone.” If you are expecting a delivery while you are away, the Board suggests you alert a neighbor to be on the lookout for you. Eagle Nest isn’t known for such trouble (or worse, thankfully), but we all know crime knows no boundaries. If you live on Hummingbird Court and have a security camera pointed toward the street or saw anything unusual Thursday, please contact any Board member . And as always, if you ever see anything suspicious in our development, please call 911 immediately.
