Board update: Pool closing Labor Day, annual dog swim, Curb Appeal Awards, live music coming to Clubhouse!

Pool closes Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 4  All good things come to and end, as the saying goes, and that includes our 2023 Pool season. Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 4, is the last day of operation for our facility, with hours from noon to 8 p.m. It’s been a great summer of swimming, despite a few mechanical and staffing issues, so please be sure to thank Pool Manager Samantha Burns and her lifeguard staff for a job well done. For the most part, our facility was staffed and open daily the entire summer, unlike many of the city’s public pools – including nearby Sahm Park. We hope to see all our guards back next year, but if you know someone interested in joining the Eagle Nest Pool staff, please contact Samantha. In the meantime, enjoy these last days of swimming! Pool hours change as summer season nears end

Effective Monday, Aug. 14, our Pool hours of operation are changing to 4-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and regular hours of noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. And the reminder that nobody wants: Our Pool closes for the season on Labor Day. Boo to the end of summer!
